when we talk about the way to relax ourselves, different people have different ideas.
since we are facing more and more stress nowaday. There are many ways to relax.Such as doing some exercises,reading an interesting book, talking with your family members,going shopping and doing some houseworks.For me, i like listening to the music and watching movies to relax myself in my spare time.
There are two reasons to explain it. First, i have great interested in the pop music. whenever I listen to it, I will feel really enjoy the melody and comfortable. Environmental problems are coming more and more serious all over the world.For example,cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breath.and poisonous gas is given off by factories.Trees on the hills have been cut down and waster water is being poured continusly into rivers.Further more wherever we go today ,we can find rubbish carelessly disposed.Pollution is,in fact,threatening our existence!

My school is in the east end of the city. It takes me half an hour to get to school on foot. I usually ride a bike to school.

If you can speak English,you can travel around the world by yourself. Two thirds of scientists in the world use English to speak and write. English will be the main language in the future .So English is the bridge to the world and we must learn English much harder from now on.
